Why to I have to go outside my house to use my sprint cell phone?
I signed up with SPRINT (BIG mistake) in May of this year. I'm constantly getting dropped calls because there is ZERO coverage in my house. Sprint online maps indicates there should be 3 bar coverage in my area. I have to go outside the house, out in the backyard to make or receive calls. Sprint says "You should have coverage there...online shows you have 3 bars...not our problem" "Opt out of your contract? No can do."
