Are they borderline stupid or what? My phone was supposed to be on a week ago, because I cant make calls or texts, I can only receive them at this time, even though the bill is paid. My boss called today and they showed the payment had been made and the account is at a zero balance, but the phone was still disconnected. The operator tried to tell my boss he had to call and tell them he wanted it turned back on.

Really? So people dont just pay their bills for fun? Isn't wanting service the reason you continue to pay for something?

I have US cellular, they're decent.

I have the "Cox...Bundle of joy"...works great

I don't have Sprint. I have Cingular or AT&T or whatever they are calling it now.

I've had Sprint for about 4 years and I've never had a customer service problem. I do want to change though, they're freakin' expensive.......fees galore!!

p.s. I pay my bills with ZERO fun.

I have for 7 years. They do funky stuff with your contract so you almost can't leave.
I've had the same thing happen that you described, and it takes almost an hour to talk to them when you call for service. I moved states 4 YEARS ago and they've been double taxing me for both states and owe me about $300 now that I'll never see.
We should arrange a riot at Sprint HQ ;p

Yes. My daughter works for Sprint and hates their Customer Service. They suck, but are working at improving it. It's just taking way too long!!! They tried to cut off her cell phone because she owed $3 on an employee phone. Yes, I did say Three dollars!
