Verizon, it works everywhere, even in the BAHAMAS!!! You get Verizon to Verizon free. Customer service is OK, you need to be very pushy with them. Sometimes when I get over my time limit, they take off calls that were under two minutes. This helps me a lot! Ah, also our first phone was Sprint, but it did not work anywhere. We switched to Verizon and were with this company ever since!

do not go and get a sprint phone.the networks horrible,you pay outragoues prices for roaming,incoming,text.it is a bad company to0 deal with

We have Verizon as our home phone provider and we never had any problems. Actually, it also depends on your area. Some areas are not reachable by some phone providers. Just a few months ago, I had our long distance cut off because we have cell phones anyway so we're now paying a lot less. Customer service is excellent especially when we got a problem with our DSL service. Hope this helps you....but I think you need to research for more options because as what I said, it often depends on your area of coverage.
