I want to switch my cellphone company from Sprint to somewhere else.

Could you give me some suggestions? I signed up for a 2 years' contract and I'm only on the 8th month of the contract. But I just can't stand this phone company anymore. So I need to switch as soon as possible. I heard I have to pay some kind of fee if I switch in the middle of the contract. How much do I have to pay? Thanks alot.
