I hardly get any sprint service with my A640 samsung phone. Is there any way I can get a new phone without extending my contract?

Try an iPhone, no trouble with them

I worked for Sprint, the suck...really bad. Customer service will lie to you about the problems with your service cuz the get paid too. Switch to T-Mobile. I haven't had ANY problems with them or their service since I switched a year ago. Samsung phones are great so I doubt it's the phone.

uhhh so switch to a company with service or call costumer service and tell them or go to http//:samsung.com or sue

If you have Sprint, you're screwed.
Their coverage area blows.
Pretty much if you aren't in a big city or right on an Interstate, you might as well send smoke signals.
