10 months geting runaround from sprint! problem started after lightning storm,called sprint 4 times they claim to be working on it, but told me that network tech's say the tower that i am receiving from was putting data out was exeptable but the last rep at tech support told me that the tower when he checked for data and voice,that data was not putting out! just wanting to know if anyone getting runaround from sprint on these issues,so that i can move on to something else that works!!!!!!!
