Is Sprint a good cell phone company???

Well, i have it but so far, I HATE IT!!!!!!!! I pay for texting and all that but When I only texted 3 messeges, in the bill it says i texted 93!!!!! I dont think its good. I MEAN MY FRIEND has Motorola and it rocks!! You can text , send picture mail everything free!! The customer survice in Sprint is like really BAD!! Can you tell me what would be a good cellphone company for someone who likes to text , and use the internet free but also has good plans?

ugh..my parents have it and im trying to persuade my mom to get either Verizon or T-mobile
but remember the main things you need is :
customer service
a good signal
camera,bluetooth,and caute phone[if you care]
also right t-mobile got better phones than verizon for my opinion

SPRINT is TERRIBLE, I tryed them for their 30 day trial, could never get any customer service, they brag about having it and know how to spell it but don't have any idea what it is so I canceled and it took over 3 months to get my money back.
