I am currently with t-mobile but would like to buy an At&t unlocked cell phone from ebay. Will it work with my t-mobile sim card and do I have to program it at all?

you can try to and check, but some of the phones are not compatible with t-Mobile so it is wise to double check first. I have t-Mobile and the sim card does not work with all the phones so check first before you buy.
