is up? Because i've seen friends and family with a new Phone basically almost everytime i see them. And ive had my phone for 4 or 5 months already and its messing up and i want a Sidekick LX now.

You don't have to keep the phone sell it or give it away but you do have to keep the plan...or pay to get out of the contract...if you want a new phone you have to buy the new phone at full price or wait until your eligible for an upgrade and then pay the discount price.

yea just buy another one and put your sim card in it.. it should work instantly
