if i were to buy a phone today from the t-mobile store, would i have to activate it right away and use it. or is it possible for me to wait and activate it when even im ready to use it?



also another question, the price of the "myFaves 300" bill is $40 a month.
what if i chose not to use my phone for the entire month. would i still have to pay $40.
or do i still have to pay $40 regardless if i use it or not!
