what will cellular company will do if i don't pay my mobile bill?

I lost my card and i compliant this to the customer care n the number was blocked but after few days,I got a bill n found that someone was illegally using it.I compalin this to the custmer care but they said that the no. is blockd n it cant be used...But now they
are saying to clear the bill....They even send me legal notice but I refused to take it.....So i want to know what they will do the worst thing(If they do or have done),if i wont pay my mobile bill?
