Is every T-Mobile cell phone....

Doess every T-Mobile cell phone have T-Mobile to T-Mobile free? because I'm getting a cell phone and having a family plan. Also can you please tell me every detail about the Family myFaves Plan and FamilyTime Plans and the differences between them. Also what are the things that they have like what are free minutes.
