Tmobile? I signed a 1 year contract with Tmobile half a year ago but now feel unhappy with its signal coverage and strength. I would like to transfer to Cingular. Will Tmobile charge me a fine?

You can bet your bottom dollar T-Mobile will charge you the early termination fee, which is usually $150.00 per phone. Every cell phone company out there is very good about doing that. FYI -- I got screwed royally by Cingular, so I would recommend that you sign up with another provider like Verizon -- my whole family is on Verizon and has no complaints.

You will have to pay a breech of contract fee.
