hello does anybody know is that possible to give someone you t mobile

cell phone and give him accuont to use. hello does anybody know is that possible to give someone your t mobile cell phone and give him accuont to use.and you know change everythin as If you give him t mobile account to use because I don't need it anymore so I wanted to give cell phone to my friend as a gift???
