In Ontario Canada, do wal-mart employees get discounts on cell phone plans

with telus? If so, how do I get it? I've heard that there might be a discount that telus offers wal-mart associates but if there is I don't know how to get it. If there actually is a discount, I would like to know, exactly, how to get it
