Out of the ones you listed, I've only heard of virgin mobile. They're okay, but you have to watch or for the service areas. Sometimes you get no service at all. Personally, I prefer Cingular, because if you don't use all of your minutes, they rollover so if you go over next month and have rollover minutes, it won't cost you extra money, unless you go over the rollover also. Plus they're not that expensive. I pay about $75 for two phone lines.

I think pre paid is best. Even though I hate the Wal-Mart - I went there and got a phone for $9 and then bought a prepaid card and put minutes onto sim card in the phone. When I need more minutes, I can buy them by phone, online, or at stores everywhere. My phone does the same as those plans anywhere. Pre-paid is best for those of us who are not addicted to talking on the phone. I am secure in myself and do not need to be calling someone to prop me up every minute of every day. I also bought a card that gives me double minutes forever. What a deal.
