Cingular sucks, customer service blows, I had them for 3 years.
Verizon, fabulous service! Customer service blows and billing sucks, they won't even credit you for their own errors, 2 years with them.
Right now I have T-Mobile, best service provider! Non-SmartAccess customers can upgrade withing 30 days of their service and SmartAccess consumers can upgrade 90 days. T-Mobile actually treats you like a customer, unlike the other carriers. If their is a billing error, they will go in a give you a "Goodwill Credit." Also, T-Mobile has myFaves call and received from 5 people unlimited!
