can i retrieve text messages from my account

I really doubt it. I had their service for 2 yrs. in that time i had to send my phone in to get fixed twice. both times they gave me loaner phones. When I got my phone back both times they couldnt get any of my info back. In our area US Cellular was our only choice. Finally others came to here and we changed. ive seen ads on tv and they are really starting to get their act together. But a little too late. Good Luck with your service.
