Default How do you retrieve pictures from US Cellular phones?

I just email them to my computer email address.

You'll need picture messaging on your plan then you just e-mail them to your home e-mail address. Or get a data cable (if it didn't come in the box you can get one from a digital camera) and download Motorola Phone Tools
