PLEASE HELP! I have US Cellular, and so does everyone in my family. We all have the same exact phone and plan. Eveyone's phones can recieve text messages and they will open right away, except for me and my moms phone. It says that we need to download the message, so we hit download and every single time it says that its unable to download. me and my moms phone also wont let us send picture messages either. PLEASE help!!

you might need to take it back to your service provider and have them look at it. You might have a defect in your phone.

Take it to a verizon store or whatever phone carrier store you have.

You might not have a camera phone :s

well i have the same problem and the first time i took it to the store and they fixed it but then agian it happened and i havent yet taken it to the store so i suggest that you take it to the store and they would fix it for you
