if i buy a US Cellular phone on ebay can i get it cut on in the store and get a prepaid account

Yes You Can Buy One Off Ebay And Get It Turned On As Long As It Is A Us Cellular Phone, And Have It As Prepaid ,i Have Bought A Couple Off Ebay And Had Us Cellular Activate Them For Me
