Does US Cellular sell Rizr 3's?

I have been researching different cellphones because I want to get one. I think the Rizr is the phone I want, but since I have a family plan and my parents won't let me get a cellphone from a different service, I would like to know if US Cellular sells Rizr 3. I also have another question about the phone itself, can you talk on it with it "closed"?
