Switching from US Cellular to nTelos?

My current plan is with nTelos and I want to switch phones. I bought a phone from ebay. It's a Moto Q. nTelos told me that they couldn't switch it because it's with US Cellular. Is there anything I can do to get my phone switched? Please help me.
