iPhone for US Cellular?

I have a MotoRazr v3 cell phone... US Cellular is my ervice provider... I Know the iPhone is not sold for US Cellular.... I want to buy an iphone on ebay.... How would I be able to use it with my service provider? (I know it has to be unlocked i need more details on EXACTLY what I need to do)
