Ok, so here's the deal. I want to install skins on my phone, so I've been working with Skin Manager and RSD Lite for HOURS. Neither of them recognize my phone. The computer itself doesn't recognize the phone (there is no pop-up or little icon). So I tried a different USB port and EUREKA! The phone was recognized as new hardware and the "found new hardware installer" poped up. So after trying to install the phone... nothing happened. It said that it couldn't install the hardware cause some software couldn't be found. Is there anyway to install my phone WITHOUT the use of P2K Commander? Please either give me a link to a guide or give step by step directions. Fastest solution possible please!!!
