Okay..so I'm staying at my aunt's house and the phone rings so i have to run down the stairs to go get the house phone...so i have my cell phone in my pocket and i run down the stairs..but my cell phone falls out of my pocket and bounces down the stairs and into a wall then down more stairs and into the front door. I have internal screen damage...it really sucks..so i was wondering..what's going to happen when I take it in to U.S. Cellular? Last time when I washed my phone..i had to pay to get a new one..but I had to pick from the used phones..is that going to happen again? Can the fix my screen? It's the first time I've had internal screen damage. It would be great if you could help me.

well you have to lie..their gunna ask how it broke.. and if you say i was running and it fell out then you gunna have to pay.. but if you say a little kid took my phone and threw it and when he gave it back... or say it was in your suitcase and in the plane/ car the suitcase rolled and it did something to the screen .. then they'll give you a new one
