how much does it cost to cancel a USCELLULAR cell phone?

i currently have a motorola razor from USCELLULAR and i hate it. I want to cancel that contract and get a Verizon Wireless phone from bestbuy. Its a utstarcom pocket pc. Pretty cool. Ya How much does it cost to cancel a uscellular cell phone contract?? does it cost anything to get a new contract at a different place? HELP
