...sun cellular?? ok..tell me if i did somthing wrong..im trying to call this person..but he has a sun cellular number..could i still call him though??

so i dialed

but the operator keep sayin
"temporarily unavailabe", "the number is not active or it's outside of service area" and "we're sorry the person did not answer your call"

but its weird tho' coz i already texted him before and it worked..but whenever i tried calling him..the operator just keep on saying those sentences..

could someone tell me what's wrong??
is it because..it's a sun cellular??

"the number is not active or outside the coverage area" means the cellphone you are trying to call is turn off or does not have any signal to accept your call.
