So I'm trying to change my plan online, and I set up an online account on the verizon wireless website, but when I go to change my plan, it says "The following activities are reserved for the Account Holder, the person financially responsible for the account." And then it navigates me back to the account page. What gives? There's no other account holder other than me. How am I supposed to change my plan if it keeps doing that? There are no Verizon stores around where I live...gah.

Try calling the customer service line and do it over the telephone instead. Remember though that when you change your phone plan you are agreeing to renew your contract.
