I dont know what to do it won't make calls or txt I tried turning it off twice. What should I do?

Don't worry about it. This happens every year at this time. It's just that everyone is on their phones calling home to say Happy New Year or are sending those mass texts to everyone in their phone books saying Happy New Year. You're phone isn't broken. The network is just clogged up and congested. Especially the lower cell phone providers because they run off of the larger conglomerates antennaes. It will get cleared up probably within an hour or two.
