Can I use a TMobile Sidekick 3 with I-Wireless or Verizon or US Cellular?

I really want a Sidekick 3, but where I live is only roaming for T-Mobile. If I used T-Mobile To-Go, would there be roaming charges, and would my phone work here?
I really want a Sidekick 3, but T-Mobile doesn't work where I live. If I use a T-Mobile to-go sidekick, would it work in a roaming area and would there be extra fees? Otherwise I was wondering if I could use and Unlocked Sidekick 3 with Verizon, I-Wireless, or US Cellular?
