The ringtones on my cell phone (Verizon-envy) won't work! They won't play when...
...someone calls, so I can't... ...even answer my phone! Could they have expired? cuz that never happend before with any other phone I had.
My phone vibrates (and the volume/sound setting is on high), but doesn't ring. And my ringback tone works.
Also, a couple times, when someone called my cell phone, it went straight to voicemail when my cell phone was on!!
What could be wrong with my cell phone?
And, what time does the Verizon store close on Fridays?
