OK My Replacement cell phone from Verizon is not working?
ok it’s my 1st phone I got broke some they give me the 2nd one free and it was the same thing but they said it if breaks again you get a diffent phone and it will be free or cheaper and does that mean all the phones or just some and i have a Motorola MOTOKRZR K1m so what will they do
ok so i got my replacement phone like 2 weeks ago and its doing 3 things-i can only talk on it for 10mins with out the thing dieing but when i turn it on it is a full battery thing 2nd it goes black if im text or using the web and it does not come back on for like 1-2 mins and its messed up and making me mad and like in skool when i had it on all sound off it went off and it some times does that but some times doesnt so what should i do
Verizon is notorious for giving out "bad" replacement phones. So if you have the protection plan, stick to your guns and get what you really want. If not, they can give you whatever crappy phone they have on hand.
