...cell phone? Can anyone please just let me know of a couple legit sites that they know work for sure. Aslo, are there any things i should watch out for; viruses and stuff like that. And a reason why i am asking this question is because im afraid that if i do give a website my cell phone number, that they may spam my phone with messages and making my bill go up...

I use the anythingformycell.com free ring tones program. I like it because you can upload and change the ring tone as much as you want and you can look at all the remixes other people have done on the same song, as long as you uploaded the original (meaning you own the original). It's pretty %#@ cool!

You can usually tell by the quality of the site and the presence of various advertisements.

Also, if you have the ability to connect your phone to your computer through a data cable - which most cell phones now are capable but you need a data cable - then you can just upload the files in .mp3 format to your cell phone. This is by far the easiest way but the data cable costs on average about $20.
