I know you get charged for making calls in a foriegn country. I never of anyone getting charged for calling another country. To make sure, give your provider a call, they'll be able to tell you for sure. =)

it will count it as a minute.
it's like 2 bucks.
but, don't worry about it.
just make sure it won't happen again.

yes, it will be on the bill unfourtanatley but 2 seconds is nothing that I would throw caution to the wind about... :-)
