Basically, my phone is two years old and I was wondering if Verizon Wireless offers new phones to its customers every few years like some wireless companies do. I just didn't feel like waiting on hold for 45 minutes or browsing through hundreds of pages of contractual papers to find out. Thanks!

Yes, verizon offers deal where every 2 years you can up grade your phone. my husband and I have had verizon for at least 6 years and we upgrade to new phones every 2 years per our contract. Never a problem with them either. Good Luck. go to a dealer though, that way you can look at what they have and sometimes you can get pretty sweet deals in person.

See if your enrolled in a program called "New After Two". Its like a $100 credit for a new phone.

You have the new after two which gives you $100 towards a new phone if you sign a contract, but if you havent had your phone for two years or you dont want to sign another contract take it into a store and they should replace it for free. At least they did mine. Just make sure your phone didnt get wet because it that is the deal breaker. Good luck.
