Verizon Wireless Changing cell phone but staying with verizon. Still have...

...a year left on 2 year plan? I currently have a moto krzr and have had it for 1 year. And I want to switch it for the LG Dare. Question is can i order it online and get the rebate off, or do i have to go to the store and pay full retail price for the phone? What will verizon say if i want to switch my cellphone to the LG Dare?
