"Escape" cell phone game verizon - stuck on second level. This is crazy!?

Hi there! I have the screwdriver, two green chips and the piece of paper to open the bedroom. I've tried everything to open the desk drawer with the gum and pry up the tile. Any help would ge great. Thanks!
