OK so I just got the new Glyde, only had it 2 weeks. When I slide the phone open the #5 is coming up automatically like the 5 button is stuck down, but it's not.
If I clear out of that screen and hit messages my Voicemail comes up which is also #5.....

I have never dropped the phone, and it has no water damage. I bought this phone off of E bay so Verizon says it is not covered under any warranty. I bought the phone new, and it worked fine for a while this just started happening....

Any ideas what this could be??
