If youre on a verizon wireless phone plan, do you have to buy their phones?

yeah you do but there are some phones that you can get for free if you sign up on a 2yr contract with verizon.

not really. my brothers friend wanted a korean phone since korean is wayyy more hi-tech on cell phones. so he bought one online and he went into a verizon store and programmed it. now it wasnt the greatest idea because he had a lot of problems with it. since there wasnt any verizon software in the phone. so he couldnt really text, dropped calls, and etc. just get a verizon phone. it will save you a lot of pain!

Well Id say you'd have either buy there phone or you'd have to have it programed in to verizon.. Dont know ive always had a verizon cell phone with my service..
