i bought an LG enV on craigslist, it is used and i was wondering if it cost money to activate this phone. i already have a phone on a plan i just want to switch to this one. Also i have insurance and unlimited texting on my plan and if i activate this other phone will it carry over to it?
cant you activate it online for free by just switching it from one phone to another?

Unless you buy the phone FROM verizon with free activation (on sale) which is common with the LG Chocolate VX8550 (my phone). But since you didn't buy from verizon, then yes. Approximately $60 - $80 payable on your first phone bill.
