And I need to speak to a representative that can answer a question about landlinephones, since we have verizon for our house phone. I don't want the number to their cellphone customer service. Thank you!

I'm a wireless subscriber (rather than residential) and I've personally had a hellacious time getting hold of them for anything - sorry I can't be more help.
