Verizon Cell Phone Customers?

Is it true that the main user of your phone bill can go online and read texts from the other phones on their plan? and if so, how far back can they read the texts - does it refresh with every new months/payed phone bill?

i don't know about reading the actual text...but you can definately see when and to whom it was sent...
