I have insurance. The phone dropped and landed on a rock screen down and the screen looks just like a windshield would if you took a bat to it. The phone still works, just cant use the screen. I should be able to get a new LG Dare with my $50 deductible, right? I just want to make sure so everything goes smoothly.

I'm verizon customer service, if you have Asurion, it will all be fine, you voided your regular warranty with the physical damage, but you are fine if you have insurance, 50 bucks and you will have a refurbished phone.
