Please tell me there is another insurance company I can use with my Verizon Cell phone! Asurion is causing nothing but problems with me. I get a refurbished phone that breaks in HALF 2 weeks after I get it! and they dont cover it because they only cover body damage 1 week. So I buy a new phone & have to replace it, well the one they give me screws up so I try to replace it again & they send me one that is registered to someone else! So then they send me the wrong phone! I'm then told I can send back the other 2 phones & give them a tracking number & they will send me the right phone right away. So I do that & then I am told they can't send it out until they recieve the phones! I'm told they will send it out as soon as they get them! A week goes by & no phone! So I call them & they say ok they will send me another phone after I'm on hold for FOREVER! So now I have the phone and once again it is the WRONG phone!! Give me a break!

SO please please tell me I can go with another company!
