Upgraded to new phone from Verizon Wireless online, received phone and disliked
it.What to do? ? I recently was eligible for a New Every Two upgrade from Verizon for my family plan. I upgraded my brother to a Chocolate, dad to something else, and me to an enV2 all for free.
I had many selections to upgrade to due to my number being the main line on the account. I got the phone and disliked it very much after I activated it and used it a bit. I'd hate to have to deal with this phone now for another year.
Can I return it and exchange it for one of the phones that I had the option of upgrading to before the unwise decision I made?
Depending on how long ago you bought it. All carriers have a quiet exchange plan, where if you dont like your phone, you get 3 days to recount your "buyers remorse". Of course at best you will have to pay a restocking fee, usually 25% of the costs.
