Ok so i have a family share call thing and 250 txt. I want to know what this months bill was but it hasnt come yet. how can i figure out my balance for my whole entire family like it shows in the mailing bill? I also want to know how to view how many texts i used. I tried #data *611 and all the verizon numbers. They tell me i dont have an outsatanding balance or u did not use any text messages when i used like 200. Please help
