Verizon cell phone users....?

What is the "Unlimited IN Messaging"? Theres only one option for texting and its 5000 messages PLUS Unlimited IN Messaging, what is that? I don't want just 5000 i want UNLIMTED all together explain what Unlimited IN messaing is to me
