If I sign up for verizon wireless at my workplace can still I get free phones

through wirefly or letstalk? The workplace doesn't have a phone display like bestbuy or walmart and I'm suppose to get phones online through verizonwireless.com, but I was wondering if I am still qualified to get better phones from other sites.
