Verizon wireless employees: question about replacing my phone?
I started my phone service with my family's plan in October. I purchased an LG Chocolate, and have since then had it replaced 3 times. I'm getting ready to have to take it back for a 5th phone, and absolutely do not want another Chocolate. The first time it was replaced for a broken button. That night, the new phone completely broke when some ribbon started popping out. Last time, the battery life lasted only an hour at best, and that is, again, the problem. Is there anything that says that Verizon will give me a different type of phone of the same value? I simply refuse to keep using this phone because I am very unhappy with its quality. I'm just asking for some insight before I go to my nearest Verizon store. Thanks!
